General Motors Assembly Plant // Lansing, MI

TDG served as the General Contractor for Canadian National Railway’s Vehicle Distribution Center in Lansing, MI. The project includes a phased approach for a multiyear expansion plan. Phases 1 & 2 were completed in 2024, with additional work anticipated for late 2025. Phase 1 included a 20-acre site expansion, and Phase 2 was for a 15-acre pavement rehabilitation.
