TransDevelopment provided extensive services to support initial development and later expansions of the plant’s finished vehicle facilities, including conceptual site and building planning, detailed design, and resident construction management. Later, TransDevelopment provided VW with planning, design, procurement, and construction management services for a 10-hectare hail protection system.
