TransDevelopment served as Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s representative for a major expansion at the Port of Brunswick. The project delivered 19 new buildings totaling 750,000 square feet, along with 160 acres of newly paved yards.

The development included turnkey specialty buildings and equipment installations, supporting both Ro-Ro operations and advanced processing. A further US $30 million component introduced a new concept high-heavy area with purpose-built buildings to handle oversized cargo.
