Work is underway on the Lake Orion Automotive Distribution Center, a turnkey design-build project led by TransDevelopment in Lake Orion, Michigan. The development is transforming a 45-acre brownfield site into a modern finished vehicle facility.
The project scope includes the rehabilitation of an existing 3,000 square foot Administration Building, construction of 28 acres of new vehicle yard areas, and a major rail expansion from 4 to 8 tracks undertaken by Canadian National Railway.
